Returns: Orders can be returned within 30-days, from the date of purchase, for a full refund. Authorized resellers also have a 60-day grace period, to return for account credit. After this grace period, returns will NOT be accepted for refunds or account credit. We will cover return shipping cost, within the continental US, on defective units, that are returned within 30-days. Any expedited shipping cost is non-refundable. International return shipping costs will fall on behalf of the buyer and the original international shipping cost is non-refundable. All returns will require an RMA #, in order to be accepted.
Warranty: Majority Zenty brand products include a 5-year warranty; from the date of purchase. Warranties cover any manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover acts of god, or accidental damage. Warranty will cover the replacement shipping cost, within the continental US. The original buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Warranty does NOT cover international shipping, or expedited shipping. All warranty claims will require an RMA #, in order to be accepted.
